Saturday, June 24th 2017 from 12-1:00PM The GYM welcomes everyone to a Foam Rolling & Body Mechanics Seminar.
We will focus on educating everyone about form and technique associated with proper weight training in order to prevent injuries. In addition, we will provide guidance on ways to roll out tight muscles and trigger points on specific body areas.
